Four Seasons Hotel Nashville is seeking a Banquet Cook to join our talented Culinary team. This role plays an important part in delivering exceptional dining experiences by preparing high-quality food for banquet events, colleague dining, and hotel outlets while upholding Four Seasons standards of excellence, consistency, and presentation.

What you will do:

• Prepare and present high-quality food items for banquet functions, hotel outlets, and employee dining according to established recipes and standards.
• Assist with food preparation, mise en place, and station setup for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, portioning, and presentation.
• Operate, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations at all times.
• Label, date, store, and rotate products according to established procedures.
• Minimize food waste and contribute to effective food cost control.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to execute banquet events and daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support additional culinary responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

What you bring:

• Minimum of 2 years of culinary or related kitchen experience.
• Culinary degree, certificate, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Schedule & Hours:

Full-Time position. Candidates must have flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs and banquet event schedules.
