At Ellie Mental Health in Columbia, we are clinician-centered, taking care of our staff so that they can provide excellent care for their clients. Each clinician has access to flexible scheduling, health insurance, PTO, weekly case consultation groups, free CEUs, and monthly team activities focused on clinician well-being. Strong candidates will bring a sense of humor, thrive in collaborative team environments rather than working alone, and have a demonstrated track record of working well with clients from a wide range of backgrounds. We have immediate, full-time openings for MD licensed counselors (LPC), social workers (LISW, LICSW), and psychologists (LP).
