Production Manager Reports To: Operations Manager Location: Plymouth, Indiana Position Summary The Production Manager is responsible and accountable for leading safe, efficient, and customer-focused production operations at the Plymouth, Indiana facility. Implement process enhancements that improve quality, reduce cost, and increase agility. Leverage data and metrics to guide decision‑making and prioritize improvement efforts. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or higher degree preferred. 5+ years of manufacturing experience required. 3+ years of leadership experience in a production environment required. Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred). Demonstrated ability to lead with integrity and accountability. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence across levels. Proven track record of driving results in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Effective problem‑solving and root cause analysis capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
