Project Accountant

Compensation Range $28.84 - $39.95 Job Description Summary The Project Accountant performs various accounting functions related to maintenance/processing of accounting transactions and to ensure accurate accounting and reporting for construction projects. Job Description POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Ability to perform all duties of the Junior Project Accountant position. Assist PM with initiation of monthly draw in Textura and follow up with subcontractors to enter billings. Working knowledge of how to prepare AIA billings and assemble billing with supporting documentation. Reconcile credits for wrap-up insurance programs; OCIP, PLP, PSI, etc. Prepare/submit credit applications for opening new vendor accounts. Understand and review owner contract for accounting related tasks & responsibilities. Monitor the preparation and mailing of preliminary notices. Support other team members as requested. Complete other responsibilities as assigned. MINIMUM SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Associate’s degree (A.
