QA/Test Lead (SAP SuccessFactors)Location: Gainesville, FL – 100% Onsite from day 1 Long Term Contract - W2 / C2CPosition Details: A QA/Test Lead with 10-15+ years of experience in software / enterprise testing, 3-5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors, proven track record in test coordination and defect management, experience leading workshops, and available to work onsite full-time in Gainesville, FL.Top 2 Must-Have Skills:SAP SuccessFactors experience – 3+ yearsYou should have hands-on experience testing or managing QA for SAP SuccessFactors, which is an HR cloud-based system used for things like recruitment, onboarding, performance, payroll, LMS, and EC.Test Management experienceYou need experience in leading or managing QA/testing efforts: planning test phases, managing defects, coordinating testers, and reporting progress.Major Responsibilities:You’ll be leading quality assurance (QA) work for a specific part (workstream) of a larger program. Here’s what that involves:Test Planning & StrategyPlan and organize everything related to QA for your assigned part (scope, resources, timeline).Define how the QA will run—how tests will be conducted, reported, and managed.Defect ManagementSet up the process for tracking defects (bugs) during all test phases.Ensure defects are resolved and analyze trends to identify problem areas.Scope ManagementDefine what needs to be tested (scope) for your workstream.Plan and lead workshops to review this scope with stakeholders.Finalize the testing scope using a risk-based approach (prioritize high-risk areas).Execution OversightCoordinate test execution activities.Lead daily stand-up meetings during test execution (for tracking status).Help resolve any issues or defects that come up during testing.Progress ReportingReport progress, risks, and issues to the Program Test Manager.Onsite RequirementWhile it may mostly be remote, you must be able to travel onsite to Gainesville if needed.
