Best In Boating are hiring to join our team! Park Marina (est. 1989) – Park Marina is our premier location on Lake Allatoona, offering exceptional boating, rentals, and full-service marina amenities that create a top-tier on-the-water experience.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of docks, walkways, and marina grounds
• Remove trash and debris from docks, slips, and common areas
• Keep the parking lot clean, organized, and free of litter
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks as needed
• Help ensure docks and surrounding areas remain safe and orderly
• Support marina staff with general tasks and daily operations
• Follow safety guidelines and marina procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, climb, reach overhead, and work in confined spaces.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Working inside as well as outdoors in all weather conditions. Aspects of position may require working in extreme temperatures.
• Must be available to work Monday to Friday.
• Must be able to swim.
