Training Coordinator

HR Training Coordinator - Duluth, GA This is a 100% in‑office permanent position with a base salary ranging from $55,000 to $65,000 plus bonus. The role is located in Duluth, GA. Position Overview This position will work closely with HR and managers to track all training across the company. The coordinator will also have some recruitment responsibilities, processing new hires. Responsibilities Administer and track employee training programs. Assist with research and delivery of training for employees and managers. Work with managers to implement skill training with division in‑house trainers. Coordinate and assist with training set‑up and supplies for employee training events. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. One to two years of experience in HR, training, or recruiting. Previous experience using an LMS or HRIS system.
