The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, directing corporate financial planning, and ensuring the company's financial health and compliance. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in construction, capital and cash management, risk management, and leadership. The CFO will be instrumental in developing and implementing efficient financial procedures and strategies, as well as preparing and reporting financial performance to management and the Board of Directors. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA, CPA, or equivalent experience preferred. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior financial managerial position within the construction industry is essential. The role demands advanced computer skills, particularly in financial reporting software, and a deep understanding of GAAP, AIA billing, and financial management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial leadership, be adept at negotiation, and have experience in contract and legal matters.
