Dietary Assistant

As a Dietary Assistant at Marvin and Betty Danto Health Care Center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional food and nutrition services to our residents. In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our culinary team to ensure that every meal is not only delicious but also nutritious and tailored to meet the unique needs of our residents.
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and serving meals in our dining rooms and common areas
Participate in meal planning and menu development to ensure that our residents' dietary needs are met
Maintain accurate records and logs of food intake, menu planning, and inventory management
Assist with food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure that every meal is a pleasant and enjoyable experience for our residents
Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and staff members
Collaborate with our culinary team to ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety
