RN – Cardiac Telemetry (7NNA)
13 Weeks | 36 Hours | Days
Level I Trauma Center

Unit Highlights:
• 24-Bed Cardiac Tele Unit
• Ratios: 1:3–4
• Cerner EMR
• Philips Telemetry Monitoring

Patient Population:
• Cardiac Stepdown
• Chest Pain & MI
• Lung Transplant & Pre-Transplant
• Esophagectomy
• ER Overflow
• Detox Patients

Requirements:
• Active RN License
• BLS & ACLS (AHA)
• 2+ Years Telemetry Experience
• MUST Have Level I Trauma Experience
• Strong EKG Interpretation Skills
• Must Pass Dysrhythmia Exam

Additional Details:
• 12-Hour Day Shifts (7A–7P)
• 4 Weekend Shifts Every 4 Weeks
• Float to Other Telemetry Units
• Navy Scrubs Required
• 3-Day Unit Orientation
