Position Overview Title: Outside Sales Representative – Agricultural Markets Compensation: 100% commission with average $90,816 per year and top earners over $200,000. Products: STOP‑FYRE® – fire extinguisher for farmers. Responsibilities Drive farm‑to‑farm sales to farmers within assigned territory. Present and demonstrate STOP‑FYRE® features and benefits. Build and maintain long‑term relationships with agricultural customers. Meet or exceed sales targets and close new business. Report sales activity and customer feedback to the sales management team. Qualifications Extensive experience in outside sales. Demonstrated competitiveness and drive to win. Strong connection to the agricultural community (farm background or regular business with farmers). Background in construction and/or excavation preferred. Entrepreneurial, self‑motivated, independent. Customer‑focused and trustworthy. Previous experience in firefighting, law enforcement, military, or EMT valued. Benefits & Structure 100% straight commission structure. Weekly performance bonuses. Full independent contractor (1099) status. No upfront fees or purchases required.
