What You'll Do:

• Operate manual manufacturing equipment including mills, grit blasting equipment, rollers, furnaces, airflow stands, and spot welders.
• Utilize air-powered tools such as grinders and air hammers to support production and repair activities.
• Transport products and materials using forklifts, cranes, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
• Perform dimensional inspections using micrometers, depth gauges, pi tapes, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Support production processes while ensuring proper material handling practices and understanding the impact of metal removal on future part usability.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience operating manual machining, manufacturing, or production equipment.

What Sets You Apart:

• Pass an assessment to demonstrate hand skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Capability to operate manual machines; mills, grit blasting.
• Obtain a crane and forklift license.
• Capable to operate of air tools, such as grinders, air hammers, and polymer dispensers.
• Able to change our remnant blast/coating media 50-gallon barrels.
• Capable of being fitted with a respirator.

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
• Able to lift 50lbs.
• Willing and capable of working outside.
