Job Opportunity

Length of contract: 1 year

Location: 100% remote (if local to Oaks, PA and willing to go onsite in a hybrid model that is a huge plus!)

Job Overview:

• Below are the responsibilities and skills we are looking for:
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience performing business analysis for web-based applications or similar related experience.
• Work closely with Product Manager, Product Owner, Implementation team and other BAs in order to identify, implement and support new solutions consistent with overall product vision.
• Facilitate meetings and discussions with teams and clients to help us find balance between user wants, client needs, technical level of effort, and timelines.
• In an agile environment, write user stories, acceptance criteria, and drive team towards a Behavioral Driven Development
• The ability to think analytically, solve problems to complex business processes, and document results.
• Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenge.
• The candidate must be energetic, driven and committed to project success while working under tight time constraints and pressure.
• Experience with Scrum (or another agile methodology.)
• Experience working with prototyping tools (e.g. Balsamiq, Axure, etc.) is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to work with ETL, SQL and relational databases.
• Experience working with API’s.
• Experience with financial industry a plus.

Familiarity with Document and Content Management systems a plus
