MRI TechnologistAs an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic MRI exams on patients using specialized equipment. You will work closely with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and high-quality imaging results. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of imaging techniques, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Become part of a dynamic MRI team supporting patients across Utah Valley Hospital and Utah Valley Outpatient Center. This position is ideal for an MRI technologist who enjoys a fast-paced environment, values schedule flexibility, and is comfortable working independently when needed. You'll have the opportunity to perform a variety of MRI exams across both locations while helping deliver exceptional patient care in a collaborative and patient-focused setting.Job DetailsShift Details/Times: PRN - as needed shift coverage; (Mon - Sat, shifts are primarily 10 hours and start at 06:00, 07:00, and 08:00; swing shifts from 09:00-21:30 and/or 11:00-21:30. This includes frequent computer use and typing for documenting patient care, accessing needed information, medication preparation, etc.Expected to lift and utilize full range of movement to transfer patients. Will also bend to retrieve, lift, and carry supplies and equipment. Typically includes items of varying weights, up to and including heavy items.Need to walk and assist with transporting/ambulating patients and obtaining and distributing supplies and equipment. This includes pushing/pulling gurneys and portable equipment, including heavy items.
