Full-Time Physician Assistant

A leading recruitment firm partners with a respected healthcare provider near Eureka, CA to find a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Physician Assistant. Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive care for patients across all age groups.
2. Conduct physical exams, order diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications as appropriate.
3. Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and responsiveness toward patients, coworkers, and supervisors.
4. Support and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure quality care delivery.
5. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information.
6. Ensure compliance with attendance, licensure, and clinic regulations.
7. Participate in staff meetings, committees, and special projects as needed.
8. Assist in developing and implementing clinic policies and procedures.
9. Engage in continuous learning to advance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Valid California Physician Assistant license
• National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) certification
• Unrestricted DEA license
• NPI number required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred
• Previous experience in primary care or underserved communities preferred
