Hospice Field Nurse: Patient-Centered Home Care

Catholic Health Services is looking for a Registered Nurse Field to deliver care to patients in their homes. The RN will assess patients’ needs, develop individualized care plans, and ensure quality patient care. Candidates should have a valid RN license in Florida and preferably 1-2 years of nursing experience, especially in hospice care. Essential skills include effective communication and patient assessment.
