Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) / Dental Assistant (DA)

Part-Time | Santa Monica & Los Angeles, CA

Our growing, patient-focused dental practice is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Dental Assistant (DA) to join our team. Opportunities are available at both our Santa Monica and Los Angeles office locations .

We are looking for a dependable, positive, and motivated team player who takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care and thrives in a modern, fast-paced dental practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during a wide variety of general and specialty dental procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to OSHA and infection control standards.
• Take digital radiographs, intraoral photos, impressions, and digital scans (iTero experience is a plus).
• Fabricate high-quality temporary crowns.
• Assist with restorative dentistry, crown and bridge, root canals, extractions, bone grafting, implant procedures, and cosmetic dentistry.
• Provide excellent patient care and education before, during, and after treatment.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure treatment rooms remain clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Work efficiently with doctors and team members to provide an outstanding patient experience.

Qualifications

• Current California RDA license preferred; experienced Dental Assistants are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience preferred.
• Proficient in fabricating temporary crowns.
• Experience with digital radiography and dental software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
