La Grande Boucherie is hiring in Miami! 81 Washington Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139. The restaurant is open Monday to Sunday, 11 am – 5 pm, and we are looking for experienced, polished, and charismatic servers to join our new South Beach team. As the face of our dining experience, you will exude confidence, style, and professionalism while delivering service that is engaging and refined. Responsibilities Provide attentive and refined service to guests. Communicate professionally and effectively with guests and team members. Take directions and work collaboratively with the team. Solve problems calmly and effectively under pressure. Maintain strong self-motivation and organizational skills. Stand and move quickly to keep pace throughout the entire shift. Qualifications Prior experience in restaurants of similar caliber. Knowledge of French cuisine and wine. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment. Strong self-motivation and organizational skills. Physical stamina to stand and move fast-paced for the duration of the shift.
