Overview
Join our dynamic team in Rogers, MN, as a Wood Crate Builder! We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship and enjoy working with their hands. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing high-quality wooden crates that meet our clients' specifications. If you have a passion for woodworking and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Construct wooden crates according to blueprints and specifications.
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood materials using hand and power tools.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in inventory management and material handling as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in woodworking or carpentry preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
