Job Title: Client Services Specialist

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Client Services Specialist, providing crucial support on our billing and technology support teams. This is an inbound call center position, handling around 50-75 calls per day, supplemented by email follow-ups. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth customer interactions and maintaining our high service standards.

Essential Skills

• Customer service experience.
• Basic proficiency in Excel for data entry.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience, suitable for new graduates with internships or related work.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in a related field.
• Ability to pass basic math and proofreading tests with strong scores.

Work Environment

This role operates within a supportive and collaborative environment, with shifts from Monday to Friday, 10:30 am to 7 pm after training. The training period is 8-12 weeks, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5 pm. The team values work-life balance and offers a casual dress code of jeans and a nice shirt. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.

The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $23.50/hr.
