Desktop Support Analyst (Labs)The role is a contract with a client located in Wilmington, DE 19803. Ideally looking for applicants to have a solid background in Windows 10, Office 365, Labs/Laboratory system.SCOPE OF WORK/DELIVERABLES· Provide technical Desktop Support for R&D Business & IT teams· Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents relative to Level 1 and Level 2 needs across software, and integrated platforms inclusive of Lab and core IT environments.· Provide overall L2 technical support for environments consisting of, but not limited to:Windows and Linux OSWin10 / 365 Exchange3rd party devices and lab equipmentAll other duties as assigned by Leadership / management RIT Solutions
