CMM Programmer

Position Summar

yWe are seeking an experienced CMM Programme r to join our manufacturing quality team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), performing dimensional inspections, interpreting GD&T, and supporting quality initiatives in a manufacturing environment

.This role is responsible for developing inspection programs, conducting first article and periodic inspections, troubleshooting CMM equipment, and supporting production by ensuring dimensional accuracy of manufactured components

.
Key Responsibiliti

esDevelop and maintain CMM programs for First Article Inspections (FAI) and periodic inspection
s.Perform dimensional inspections on production parts, tooling, and dies using DCC Coordinate Measuring Machines and Vision System
s.Analyze inspection results and communicate findings to Quality and Manufacturing team
s.Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T requirements to ensure accurate inspection
s.Troubleshoot CMM equipment and resolve routine programming and operational issue
s.Assist with calibration verification and general maintenance of inspection equipmen
t.Support manufacturing by identifying dimensional concerns and recommending corrective action
s.Train and mentor CMM operators on inspection procedures and best practice
s.Maintain accurate inspection documentation and quality record
s.Follow all company safety, quality, and manufacturing procedure
