As a Tech Resiliency Specialist, you will be part of the Technology Resilience program supporting infrastructure, cloud, application, database, cybersecurity, and platform teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Tech Resiliency SpecialistLocation: Charlotte, North CarolinaPay Range:$38What's the Job?Support the Technology Resilience program by partnering with various technical teams to improve response and recovery capabilities. Participate actively in technical discussions, understanding recovery challenges across multiple domains. Translate complex technical information into actionable insights for engineering teams and senior management. Assist in creating and analyzing recovery test reports and dashboards, including Snow BCM modules. Drive remediation efforts following incidents and recovery exercises to enhance organizational resilience.What's Needed?Experience in infrastructure support, cloud operations, disaster recovery, backup and recovery, or related technical disciplines. Proficiency in technical support involving servers, databases, networking, storage, and cloud platforms. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
