Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Youth Coach where you will inspire and empower children between ages 5-16 through engaging teaching and coaching methods rooted in Faith-based principles. As a Youth Coach, you'll be active, inspire young minds and build your leadership resume. In this role, you aren't just a gym instructor- you are a mentor who helps kids build confidence, strength and life skills through our custom curriculum- Rooted and Growing.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and coach fun, active gym classes for kids and teens
• keep energy high and ensure a safe, encouraging environment
• implement our curriculum- Rooted & Growing into every class to ensure children are learning skills such as leadership, public speaking, teamwork, sign language, Biblical Truths and the importance of healthy eating.

Kids can release energy and explore in our custom indoor playground—Big Ark Park—which includes our infant and toddler garden, Promise Meadows, and our purposeful pretend town, Olive Branch Village. They can also build lifelong healthy habits inside our dedicated kids gym, Heartland Grove, through our custom Rooted and Growing curriculum. Together as a family, parents and kids can pause and refuel with wholesome treats inside the standalone sanctuary of the Son Rise Cafe or gather in fellowship to celebrate life's milestones inside our private event wing, Graceful Gatherings. Together, we provide the perfect tailored environments for every generation to plant deep roots and stand tall
