Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere for all children. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the educational experience of students. Maintain a clean and organized environment that is conducive to learning. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Help keep TRS up to date. Skills Experience working with children in a classroom or caregiving setting. Effective classroom management techniques to maintain order and promote positive behavior. Ability to educate young learners through engaging activities tailored to their developmental needs. Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues. A nurturing attitude combined with patience and creativity in teaching methods.
