Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a LVN/LPN - outpatient clinic for our client in Honeoye Falls, NY 14472. This is a 13-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: LVN / LPN
Location: Honeoye Falls, NY 14472
Duration: 13 weeks
Work Schedule: Day 5x8-Hour (07:30 - 17:30)
Pay rate : $40.00 - $45.00 /hr

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Room patients and obtain vital signs
• Perform medication administration and medication reconciliation
• Administer IM and SQ injections and vaccines
• Perform EKGs and point-of-care testing
• Collect throat and nasopharyngeal specimens
• Perform blood glucose monitoring
• Assist with pediatric and family medicine patient care
• Perform ear flushes and simple dressing changes
• Conduct telephone triage and follow-up calls
• Handle pharmacy calls and patient refill requests
• Prepare aseptic/sterile procedure trays
• Assist with clean-catch urine collection
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
• Support providers and the care team in a fast-paced outpatient setting
• Requirements:
• Active NY LPN/LVN license - must be in hand
• Current BLS
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• EPIC experience is a hard requirement
• Ambulatory/Outpatient experience preferred
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Family Medicine experience preferred
• Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with rooming, injections, EKGs, blood pressure, ear flushes, specimen collection, and medication administration
• Strong communication, adaptability, flexibility, dependability, and teamwork skills
• Candidates within 75 miles of the facility are not accepted
• Candidates must be willing to float across FM/IM/Peds locations
