$50,000-$65,000 per year DOE

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Onsite in Reynoldsburg, OH

What You’ll Do:

• Train, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff while enforcing safety policies, PPE compliance, and company procedures.
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• Monitor inventory accuracy by conducting counts, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring products are stored and transferred correctly.
• Schedule employees, lead daily safety and productivity meetings, handle performance evaluations, payroll approvals, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain warehouse organization, oversee equipment maintenance, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate employees and achieve operational goals.
• Excellent verbal, written, and active listening communication skills for coordinating with staff and departments.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
• Associate’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Management (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
