Sana is looking for a

Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician

to join our growing virtual primary care team. This is an opportunity to help build a modern primary care model that combines

virtual care, asynchronous care, technology, and AI

to make healthcare easier for patients. What you can expect: 100% remote

physician role

$235,000–$255,000 base salary

Monday–Friday,

9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time

Primarily

virtual and asynchronous primary care

Care for

adult patients

across preventive, chronic, and acute care needs

What You'll Do

Provide high-quality primary care to adult patients through virtual and asynchronous channels

Manage preventive care and chronic conditions, as well as appropriate acute concerns

Review and respond to patient messages and clinical requests with sound clinical judgment

Develop longitudinal relationships with patients through a virtual care model

Collaborate with other clinicians and care team members to coordinate patient care

Use technology and emerging AI-enabled tools to support efficient, high-quality care

Help improve clinical workflows, protocols, and the patient experience as the model evolves

Practice evidence-based medicine while maintaining appropriate documentation and regulatory compliance

What We're Looking For

MD or DO with

Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Experience providing

primary care to adult patients

Telemedicine experience required

Comfortable providing care through both synchronous and asynchronous channels

Strong clinical judgment and ability to determine when patients require in-person evaluation or specialty care

Comfortable adopting new technology and evolving clinical workflows

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed care team

Active medical licensure in required states;

IMLC eligibility/LOQ and multi-state licensure are a plus
