to oversee the operation of several Qdoba Mexican Eats locations. The ideal

Job Functions Include:

• Coordinate employee hours and schedule to have a sufficient number of employees working
• Responsible for employee relations
• Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training new managers
• Oversee the cost of purchased goods and labor in each store
• Monitor and manage operational/financial targets to meet or exceed budgeted expectations including: guest service results, sales, labor, and food
• Participate in regular regional meetings and conduct store meetings as appropriate

Requirements:

• Must be accessible and available during restaurant operating hours.
• A minimum commitment of 45-hours-a-week; shifts of varying times and varying lengths
• May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of recent multi-unit restaurant management experience
• Computer proficiency and profit/loss exposure and/or responsibility
• Growth-driven & career-oriented
• Hands-on management style
• Ability to take initiative, run strong shifts, and train teammates to do the same

locally owned and operated restaurant group, operating both as a Qdoba Mexican

Eats franchisee with locations in WI, IL, and IA. Celebrating 26 years in

business, we are based in Milwaukee and currently operate 61 Qdoba locations

within the territory, making us the largest Qdoba franchisee nationally. We

pride ourselves on serving up bold flavors and offering an environment with

beautiful and distinctive decor.
