Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
• Active state licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
• Experience working with pediatric populations in a school setting is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of IEPs, speech/language evaluation tools, and intervention techniques
• Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure cohesive care and support student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and document progress according to district and state requirements
• Maintain up-to-date therapy logs and official records in compliance with regulations
• Support educational teams with consultative services and in-class strategies
