Tanger Ambassador – Deer Park Location: Deer Park, TX Responsibilities Maintain a polished and professional appearance that aligns with the brand image. Attend virtual or in-person sessions, webinars, or meetings to enhance knowledge and skills as a brand ambassador. Engage and proactively assist all guests across the center as assigned, driving consumer awareness, providing a consistent brand voice, and creating a fun welcoming atmosphere. Develop and maintain expert knowledge of all center store locations, amenities, local and national programs, promotional offers, and event details. Prepare and hand out samples, coupons, and product information. Distribute marketing and promotional materials to shoppers. Collect and record customer feedback and information as needed internally and for client relations. Use mobile technology skills to educate all shoppers on TangerClub benefits, additional savings, sales, contests, events, and loyalty perks via the Tanger Mobile App. Assist new customers in signing up for TangerClub and help with the Mobile App. Represent Tanger by actively participating in on-site and off-site marketing events, conferences, trade shows, and other events. Assist in set-up, organization, and breakdown for events. Capture and recap promotional events via photos, video, audio, etc. Foster partnerships with retailers by responding appropriately to retailer requests. Assist center management team as needed. Drive operational excellence by reporting center issues or concerns in a timely and accurate manner to center management. Provide general administrative and clerical support, including office upkeep and organization. Assist in receiving shipments, routing incoming mail, and preparing outgoing mail and overnight packages as needed. Assist with emergency notification systems, HVAC and roof logs, center collateral and signage, center website, vendor check-in and social media channels as needed. Assist in training new Brand Ambassadors as needed. Perform additional duties or participate in other special projects as assigned. Maintain a polite demeanor, patience, and professionalism at all times. Stay up to date on marketing initiatives to drive revenue generation. Use positive language and clear communication. Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English, with Spanish proficiency a plus. Navigate mobile devices (phones, iPads, tablets) and other current or emerging technology. Work outdoors promoting marketing initiatives designed to drive traffic and revenue. Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Adhere to the company values of integrity, inclusion, and innovation. Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent work-related experience. 1 to 2 years of customer service experience. Preferred Education & Experience 1 year of administrative experience. Bilingual – can read, write and speak in Spanish. Compensation Base hourly rate: $18.75 per hour. The salary range is part of the total compensation package.
