We’re looking for a Restaurant General Manager to join our Willoughby Tropical Smoothie Café team! This is a great opportunity for someone with restaurant leadership experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll help lead the team, oversee daily operations, and make sure our guests have a great experience every time they visit. Requirements What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of restaurant or leadership experience Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and willing to lead by example Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Good communication and customer service skills Willingness to learn and grow High school diploma preferred, but not required Ready to Grow With Us?
