At First Quality, you'll find a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning, professional development, and our mission to Make Things Better®.We are seeking a Maintenance Technician Level 3 for our First Quality Home Care Products, LLC facility in Salt Lake City, UT.Primary responsibilities include:The Maintenance Technician Level 3 is responsible to drive successful performance for an assigned area within the plant. Develops and implements standards within the area to gain efficiency improvements and production continuity.Drives results of assigned area for safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Implements and ensures compliance with standards and systems to achieve those results.Maintains quality and integrity of system data to ensure accurate reporting.Performs Behavior Based Safety observations and corrects unsafe behaviors and conditions. Works with the team to identify hazards and implement changes that improve safe work conditions.Facilitates root-cause analysis for breakdowns, quality incidents, and safety incidents within the facility. Ensures resolution of red conditions.Supports engineering projects in assigned area. Ensures successful deployment of new product trials on the line and provides feedback to site project leader.Executes capital KI projects
