Registered Nurse - Spine/Ortho Post Op (Nights)

Night shifts required. Holiday work is mandatory; no requests for time off during holidays will be accepted.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a position focused on Spine/Orthopedic post-operative care. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical-surgical nursing, with a strong emphasis on post-operative patient management. The nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, monitoring patient progress, and assisting in recovery post-surgery.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and recovery.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current, unrestricted Colorado RN license is required.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications must be current.
• Experience in Spine/Ortho post-operative patient care is required.
• Strong emphasis on medical-surgical nursing experience.

Housing

Possibility of sharing accommodations in a 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment. Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed. Rent will be covered.
