What You’ll Do Operate manual and semi‑automatic MIG and resistance welding processes. Weld in flat, vertical, and overhead positions; weld tubular products independently or with a partner. Prepare parts by clamping, tack‑welding, grinding, heat‑bending, and positioning components for accuracy. Remove slag, spatter, rough spots, or excess weld via grinders, chippers, and scrapers. Follow safe work habits and proper operation of welding and shop equipment at all times. Experience & Education High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of welding experience. Physical Requirements Lift 50 lbs continuously without restrictions. Stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, and twist frequently. Work indoors with exposure to hot, cold, humid, or wet conditions. Maintain hand‑eye coordination, depth perception, and fine finger dexterity.
