Branch Manager About the Role We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the overall operation of an industrial services branch. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective day-to-day operations while driving business growth, customer satisfaction, and team performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial services, leadership experience, P&L management, and hands‑on experience repairing water blast pumps. Key Responsibilities Lead and optimize daily branch operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and profitability. Promote and maintain a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Monitor operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions when needed. Review operational reports and address customer concerns, compliance issues, and operational challenges. Provide leadership, coaching, and support to branch personnel while fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment. Conduct field visits to inspect equipment, facilities, and job sites. Partner with branch leadership to monitor safety performance and ensure proper incident reporting and follow-up. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. Prepare and manage annual budgets, capital expenditure plans, maintenance forecasts, and cost-control initiatives. Monitor equipment maintenance programs, fleet performance, inventory levels, and purchasing activities to maximize operational effectiveness. Ensure compliance with equipment certifications, regulatory requirements, and employee training standards. Conduct employee performance evaluations and support employee development and succession planning. Lead regular team meetings to communicate objectives, priorities, and operational updates. Participate in workforce planning, compensation recommendations, training initiatives, and employee recognition programs. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify market opportunities and support strategic growth initiatives. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in the industrial services industry. Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience. Experience managing profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities. Working knowledge of DOT regulations and fleet compliance requirements. Hands‑on experience repairing water blast pumps. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced operational environment. Preferred Skills Experience managing field operations and industrial service teams. Budget management and forecasting experience. Strong understanding of environmental, health, and safety requirements. Proven ability to grow customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.
