Job DescriptionPay: $75,000 / year. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. They provide the actionable insights and data-driven stories that help leaders make informed decisions.ResponsibilitiesPerforms ad-hoc analysis to identify the root cause of trends in business performanceDevelops and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) in partnership with business stakeholdersCommunicates findings and recommendations to business leaders through data visualizations and reportsWrites code to transform raw data into clean, structured, and reliable data sets for analysisBuilds and maintains automated business intelligence dashboards and reportsDocuments data sources, models, and metrics to maintain a trustworthy data ecosystemQualifications1-3 years of experience in an analytical role. Foundational skills in statistics, SQL, and a programming language like Python or R are requiredAn advanced degree can often substitute for 1-2 years of work experienceKnowledge:Foundational knowledge of statistics, probability, and key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the business;Foundational knowledge of data warehousing concepts (e.g., dimensional modeling) and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)Skills:Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, and Python or R for statistical analysisAbility to communicate findings clearly through data visualization and written reportsAbout the TeamQuest Diagnostics honors our service members and encourages veterans to apply.
