Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced IT Systems Lead to oversee and support the organization’s core technology infrastructure, ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs. This role is responsible for leading system administration activities, managing upgrades and integrations, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and providing guidance to IT staff while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with networked systems, servers, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity best practices, along with proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
Requirements :
- Must have 5+ years of IT Systems Administrative experience
- Must have 2+ years of experience in leadership position
- Must be proficient with Active Directory (AD) and foundational security concepts
- Must have strong SQL experience
- Must hold at least one of the following certifications: Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, or CompTIA Security+
- Must have strong background in systems support, infrastructure, and troubleshooting
- Experience with system transitions or implementations (e.g., Paylocity to ADP)
- Familiarity with payroll, HRIS, or logistics systems
Hours : Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Flexible Schedule
