Senior TAM AI Security, Enterprise Growth, Equity
Refractal Ltd
Refractal Ltd is seeking a Technical Account Manager to look after US customers post-signing, lead onboarding, drive adoption and manage renewals and expansions. You will ensure customers realize measurable value from our AI security product.
In this role you will troubleshoot integrations, coordinate with engineering, run business reviews with stakeholders, and collaborate with Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities.
