Sr. JDE Developer [Remote]

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. JDE Developer based in the United States.

This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 solutions that support critical business operations across a global organization. You will play a key role in building and enhancing ERP applications, integrations, reports, and workflows using advanced JDE tools such as FDA, RDA, UDOs, Orchestrator, and Business Functions. Working in a distributed, cross-functional environment, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore developers to translate business needs into scalable and efficient technical solutions. The position involves hands-on development, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of complex ERP systems. You will also contribute to system upgrades, enhancements, and production support activities while ensuring stability and adherence to development standards. This is a high-impact technical role where your expertise directly supports enterprise-wide operational efficiency and system reliability.

Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 applications, ensuring stable and scalable ERP functionality.
• Build custom applications, reports, interfaces, and integrations using JDE tools such as FDA, RDA, UDOs, OMW, Orchestrator, and Business Functions (BSFNs).
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and implement effective ERP solutions aligned with operational needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and performance issues across production and development environments.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance activities to ensure platform reliability.
• Collaborate with business users, project managers, and technical teams across the full software development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and technical documentation to maintain development quality standards.
• Coordinate with offshore development teams and participate in scheduled cross-time-zone collaboration sessions.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne development and ERP solution delivery.
• Strong hands-on expertise with JDE tools including FDA, RDA, UDOs, OMW, package deployment, and Orchestrator.
• Proven experience developing Business Functions (BSFNs), custom applications, reports, and system integrations.
• Strong SQL and relational database skills with the ability to work with complex data structures.
• Experience supporting large-scale ERP environments in production settings.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills in enterprise applications.
• Ability to work effectively in global, distributed teams with offshore/onshore collaboration models.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP domains such as finance, manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
