SBA Loan Review & Risk Compliance Specialist
Guidehouse
Guidehouse is seeking a Loan Review Senior Consultant to support SBA OCRM by performing detailed reviews of 7(a) and 504 loan files for lender oversight and risk management. You will analyze documentation, identify deficiencies, and draft clear summaries and reports to ensure compliance with SBA requirements. The role involves working with SBA lenders, preparing work papers, and using a secure data warehouse and workflow system.
