RN - Registered Nurse

Position Details Location: Grand Junction, Colorado Pay Range: $35.00 - $47.08 per hour DOE Sign‑On Bonus: $15,000 for Full‑Time Hires Full‑Time Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM PRN Schedule: Flexible scheduling based on facility needs. Must work a minimum of 2 shifts per month, at least 1 shift on a weekend; maintain required licensure, competencies, and mandatory training requirements. What You'll Do Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and nursing standards. Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition. Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as ordered. Coordinate resident care with physicians, therapy, pharmacy, and interdisciplinary team members. Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs. Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulations. Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in resident condition. Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life. Qualifications Current Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) License. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Skilled nursing, long‑term care, rehabilitation, or acute care experience preferred. Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
