What You'll Do:

• Prepare and assemble surgical instruments for various procedures
• Assist with instrument picking and case cart management
• Check carts for missing or misplaced instruments and materials
• Scan and track all trays and instruments for health and safety compliance
• Restock supplies and ensure carts are ready for scheduled surgeries
• Follow image and safety protocols, including wearing scrubs, hairnets, and shoe covers
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations

What You Need:

• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Basic attention to detail and organization skills
• Open availability to work night shifts (19:00 - 07:30)

• Prior experience in a surgical or sterile environment (not mandatory)

About the Assignment: This position involves supporting surgical teams by handling instrument picking and case cart management in a busy hospital environment in Minneapolis. You will assist in ensuring all surgical instruments and supplies are properly prepared and tracked for each procedure, maintaining safety, quality, and efficient workflow during night shifts.
