This role supports the Health Management Delivery Operations (HMDO) Prior Authorization team in processing prior authorization requests. The position is non-clinical and involves ensuring that all assigned work is completed according to documented guidelines and within contractual timelines. Required Skills & Qualifications

Work Location: Remote in Austin, TX
This role supports the Health Management Delivery Operations (HMDO) Prior Authorization team in processing prior authorization requests. The position is non-clinical and involves ensuring that all assigned work is completed according to documented guidelines and within contractual timelines. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to process 100% of assigned work with adherence to documented work instructions
- Meet daily minimum production expectations
- Perform work according to established quality standards
- Complete all assigned training and self-development within required timeframes
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Proficiency in Client Word
- Proficiency in Client Excel
- Experience in Business Process Managed Services
- Process prior authorization requests according to established guidelines
- Perform special project research as assigned
- Interact professionally with PA staff to provide timely responses
- Respond to inquiries within specified due dates
- Flexible remote working options for local candidates
- No vaccination mandate required
- High chances for contract extension
