Molding Technicians 1st & 2nd Shift Openings

Join a growing manufacturing team where your injection molding experience will make an immediate impact. We are seeking Molding Technicians for both 1st and 2nd shift openings.  Bridgeport, CT location. Pay range $25 - $27.50 hr.

What You’ll Do

·     Set up and start injection molds and molding machines

·     Perform material changes and troubleshoot production issues

·     Conduct routine mold and machine maintenance

·     Ensure product quality and efficient production flow

·     Complete production documentation and records

·     Assist with training new team members

·     Partner with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve tooling and production concerns

·     Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications -

·     High School Diploma or equivalent

·     Minimum 1 year of injection mold and machine setup experience in a manufacturing environment

·     Knowledge of injection molding processes, molds, and tooling

·     Experience using measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers

·     Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

·     Basic computer skills

·     Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment

Preferred

·     Trade school certification, Associate Degree, or related technical training

 

Shifts -

7am – 3:30pm - $25 hr

3pm – 11:30pm – add 10% differential

 

Location – Bridgeport, CT

Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.50 per hour
