Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer to oversee daily operations, develop scalable business processes, and support the company's expansion into financial services and emerging markets.

The COO will work closely with executive leadership to improve operational efficiency, manage business risks, and execute corporate strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement company-wide operational strategies.
• Oversee daily business operations and organizational performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams and improve operational efficiency.
• Establish internal policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Support business expansion into financial technology and digital asset markets.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and budgeting.
• Strengthen operational risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor senior management teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in business operations or executive management.
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in financial services, FinTech, or investment-related industries is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
