Supervisor – Builds Location: USA – Fort Wayne, 5801 Adams Center Rd Division: Solutions Job Type: Full Time (A Shift, M‑F 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) Job Posting Title: Supervisor – Builds (A Shift M‑F 6AM-2:30PM) – 117095 Responsibilities Supervise production associates performing tasks related to loading, unloading freight, accounting for materials, and overseeing the assembly and installation of server racks and components. Oversee, organize, and coordinate cycle counts, inventory replenishments, and material returns. Ensure adequate safety measures are followed to protect personnel and property. Advises subordinates on questions or problems related to work activities. Monitor work and examine production areas for accuracy, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures. Recommend and implement documented changes to procedures to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. Assist subordinates in the performance of their duties. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. Generally 3‑6 years of experience in material handling operations is preferred. Solid interpersonal and analytical skills are required for an entry‑level leadership role. Ability to pass federal, state, local, airport, or company‑required background checks, clearances, and drug/alcohol tests. Working Environment Assignment complexity: Utilization of multiple internal and external systems and dashboards to ensure process compliance and accuracy. Accountability: Maintain service level agreements using existing systems and tools; ensure subordinates adhere to safety protocols and standards. Impact of Decisions: Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve goals could result in additional costs and personnel and serious delays in overall schedules. Working Relationships: Frequently interact with customers, peers, and other stakeholders on site in addition to subordinates.
