If you like variety in your day, enjoy solving problems, and care deeply about quality, this could be a great fit.As one of our boots-on-the-ground team members, you will travel to multiple Hallson properties throughout the day to inspect homes before guest arrivals, identify maintenance or cleanliness issues, restock supplies, and support our cleaning teams through training and feedback.This is not a desk job. We hold ourselves to a five-star standard and look for team members who want to be part of something that is growing, challenging, and rewarding.If you naturally go above and beyond, communicate well, and take ownership of your work, we would love to meet you.What You'll DoConduct detailed inspections of vacation rental homes before guest arrivalEnsure each property meets Hallson brand standards for cleanliness, presentation, and readinessInspect bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and exterior areas for issuesIdentify and document preventative maintenance needsMonitor and replenish cleaning and guest supply stock as neededProvide feedback and training support to cleaning teamsHelp maintain consistency across all homes according to Hallson standardsOccasionally assist with guest-facing needs in a professional and solutions-oriented mannerRespond to special requests and urgent operational needs as they ariseFollow company safety and sanitation proceduresSupport large cleaning or quality improvement projects when neededComplete other duties assigned by the management teamWhat We're Looking ForExperience cleaning, inspecting, or managing short-term rental propertiesStrong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality workAbility to work independently while staying connected with the teamStrong communication skills, both written and verbalComfortable using company apps and systems such as Slack and BreezewayStrong organization and time management skillsA valid driver's license and reliable transportationWillingness to complete background checks and standard pre-employment screening
