Job Description Allied Universal® is hiring a Adminstravtive Specialist. The Admin Specialist is responsible for assisting in various operations to include monitoring a multi-line phone system, greeting guests and staff, sorting documents for delivery, and assisting in various operations that result in a thorough investigation and provide a quality product that achieves customer satisfaction. The primary function is to provide support to one or more case managers in all facets of the job. is the main point of contact for clients, visitors and personnel. This individual must present a positive, professional image with the ability to multi-task as they interact with various levels of staff.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Communicate effectively with cleints and employees. Establish a positive environment for all individuals at our corporate office. Accept new assignments from clients, effectively identifying the objectives and defining the investigative plan to complete the objectives on a daily basis Enter and prepare corporate trackign information such as client customer satisfaction surveys and sales data. Communicate the objectives and the plan to both the client for confirmation and the investigator for execution Orchestrate communication among all involved parties to ensure the investigation is conducted within standard operating procedures and all special instructions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Formal Education, Licenses, and Certifications Preferred: Must possess one or more of the following: An Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related degree with a minimum of one (1)-year of experience in a related field Type and Length of Specific Experience Required: If previously employed, meaningful and verifiable work history proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and WORD.
