House Supervisor RN 0.9 FTE Night (Hiring Immediately)

The Day Shift Administrative Supervisor assumes responsibility and accountability for operations in all nursing departments for an assigned shift, including representing hospital Administration and department directors during their absence, and is accountable for the management of the staffing office and the float pool. Positions that will report to, and be evaluated by, the Day Shift Administrative Supervisor are evenings, night, and relief Administrative Supervisors, staffing coordinators, the float pool and the Administrative Secretary.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 1 year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
